The concept of the company originated in 2015, during which several projects were initiated and executed across several countries, including Japan, Indonesia, South Korea, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah and Riyadh.

As its activities expanded and operations evolved, the business was formally established as Far East Investment Company in 2022, with its headquarters located in Riyadh.
